Vikings win regular season conference championship

STEM-South Granville claimed the outright Northern Carolina Conference championship with the 23-20 win over Granville Central on Nov. 8.

Nick White's interception with 8.9 seconds to go in the game sealed the win for South Granville. 

The Vikings remained undefeated at 6-0 with the win over the Panthers and moved to 8-3 on the season. 

Granville Central falls to 7-4 on the season and 4-2 in conference play.

Both teams are waiting for the NCHSAA playoff brackets that will be announced tomorrow afternoon.
